  1. Class Four think the following things help to keep their brains healthy:
    by eating healthy foods like fruit and vegetables,
    getting plenty of sleep,
    drinking lots of water,
    exercising like jogging or running,
    taking vitamins,

    MoJo (in our Class DoJo videos) has taught us that our brain is a muscle and that for our muscles to get stronger and better, we need to keep practising things that we find hard, to get better at them so we find them easier. He has taught us that it doesn’t matter if we get things wrong as long as we are trying our best and never giving up to try and get better at these things. We think challenges help our brain to stay healthy.
