  1. Hello Captain Kinetic,

    Y1G have been thinking of ways to move our bodies for 30 minutes at home.
    We thought of the following ideas:

    1. Skipping in circles around the garden
    2. Carefully jumping up the stairs when we are going up for bed
    3. Helping our mummy or daddy to reach for things in the cupboards by using our arms.

    What do you think of our ideas? Do you have any tips for our body moves?
